Join senior therapist and expert mindfulness trainer, Daniel Cerny, for his Monday evening explorations into the many facets and applications of the mindfulness practice.
In an ever-changing world, the mindfulness practice offers refuge, nourishment and connection. The ability to reconnect with our inner sanctuary – a place of peace, stillness and love, and to develop the inner resources to calm an overactive mind, take greater care of ourselves and to live a fuller and more purposeful life.
These enriching one-hour sessions will offer guidance and support as you progress along your mindfulness journey, and the opportunity to connect and share with a community of like-minded individuals. Each week, we will come together and delve into insightful teachings centred around a different theme, enjoy a 25-minute group meditation, and exchange questions and experiences with other members of the group.
Downloadable audio of the guided meditations will also be provided following each session to support you with your daily practices. Follow up feedback and questions are encouraged, and will be answered the following Monday.
For those who are unable to attend the live class, or for anybody who would like to revisit the content – you will have access to the recorded version of this class for 7 days.

“Monday Mindfulness is my medicine, Daniels beautiful mindfulness always touches my heart and when I’m feeling down he shows me that I should be thankful and give gratitude for things we take for granted like, life, friendship, nature in which we should nurture, and the love you have for others but they also have for you”Toni
“I can’t tell you how much I look forward to (Monday Mindfulness) and how helpful they have been to me. Daniel has such a lovely way with words and I feel so grateful that I have the opportunity to be a part of it. Although this week about “letting go’ feels challenging, I can’t wait to dive in and get started! I’m excited! I know these mindfulness practises with you are playing a huge role in my healing.”Jenny
“Loved your sessions and feel like I am learning a great deal. Hope to make next Monday not just the recording.”Deb
